Transition FAQs
After the paperwork is completed, you’ll receive access to a new online login portal that will replace Investor360. We’ll send instructions and support as soon as it’s ready.
Our back-office and compliance systems have been upgraded. We appreciate your patience while we get fully settled into the new platform.
As part of the transition, we reviewed all accounts and goals across every household to ensure alignment. If we identified anything that should be updated or discussed, we’ve already reached out or will be in touch.
Otherwise, nothing is changing for you. You’ll continue working with the same team, with the same commitment to service — these upgrades simply help us serve you even better.
Email from DocuSign You’ll receive an email from from "Dan Romaine via DocuSign" or "Sara Kappos via Docusign" (dse@docusign.net) with the subject “Sign Documents.” It will include your digital paperwork.
Access code Your access code is the first letter of your last name (capitalized) + the last four digits of your SSN.
Multiple accounts You may receive separate DocuSign envelopes if you have multiple accounts. If you use a personal DocuSign login, you can sign all documents from one place.
The paperwork allows us to continue managing your accounts under our new regulatory supervision. Even though we remain your advisors, financial institutions (RIA, Broker-Dealer, and Custodian) require updated authorization to:
Continue managing and advising on your investments
Comply with regulatory standards
Maintain proper oversight of your accounts
To complete the transition efficiently, we pre-populated forms with information from historical paperwork — in some cases going back 30+ years.
We prioritized ensuring the most critical information (names, Social Security numbers, etc.) is correct.
Some non-critical items (such as employment information or income) may appear outdated due to how data transfers across systems.
We’ll verify all details during your next annual review to ensure everything in the new system reflects your current information. If you notice a material error, such as an incorrect SSN or misspelled name, please contact us right away so we can correct it immediately.
Yes — you’ll continue to have access. You will receive a new client login technology in coming month.
After November 14, we will no longer have access on our side.
If your account number changed during the transition, your Investor360 view may disconnect before connecting to new system. If you need anything during that time, just call us — we’ll get it for you.
Investor360 is a tool built by Commonwealth. It worked, but we never loved it. It didn’t offer the flexibility or modern features we want for our clients. By transitioning, we’re able to select technology that aligns with efficiency, clarity, and a better user experience.
If you previously accessed tax documents there, only until you retrieve those for tax season 2025 (February/March) . We’ll remind you in advance.
If you didn't or get tax documents a different way, no!
Once Investor360 messaging ends, we’ll provide instructions for our new secure document-exchange tools.
No changes — eWealthManager remains exactly the same.
We’re excited to get you access as soon as possible. Once your DocuSigns are completed and accounts are connected to the new systems, we’ll send login credentials and step-by-step instructions.
An RIA oversees our investment advisory services and ensures everything we do is compliant, ethical, and in your best interest. RIAs are regulated by the SEC or state authorities and are legally held to a fiduciary standard, meaning they must always put clients first.
A Broker-Dealer facilitates investment transactions — buying and selling stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities. BDs are regulated by the SEC and FINRA to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Ameriflex is a national Registered Investment Advisor founded to empower independent financial advisors with a fiduciary-focused platform. Based on a client-first philosophy, AmeriFlex provides oversight, compliance support, investment resources, and industry expertise to ensure advisors can deliver objective, personalized financial advice. We chose to transition to a new RIA/BD because our clients deserve the highest level of support, technology, and service — not just today, but for the next 20+ years. The financial services landscape is consolidating, and we are seeing a shift where scale is increasingly prioritized over advisor autonomy and independent decision-making. We believe the opposite should be true.
Our new affiliations allow us to remain fiercely independent in the decisions we make on behalf of our clients. Nothing changes in our philosophy: caring for clients comes first. This transition simply gives us more freedom to do so.
In short: this isn’t a change in who we are — it’s a change that protects who we are and empowers us to evolve, scale, and deliver an even higher standard of service for all of you.
Commonwealth has been important to us, and we’re grateful for the years together. With its integration into LPL, we took the time to evaluate whether that direction aligned with our values and the client experience we want to deliver long-term.
Ultimately, we determined that:
The culture and structure would not remain the same
The LPL model didn’t align with the way we believe advisors should be empowered to serve their clients
Our new affiliation preserves who we are — and gives us the tools, independence, and technology to elevate your experience going forward.
